Both bedrooms are upstairs and the beds have new Nectar mattresses with plenty of high quality bed linens. The kitchen is supplied with high grade pots and pans, dishes and glassware. A room on the first floor in the back can be used as an exercise room, a space for pets or a child's playroom. It is equipped with WiFi, a smart ROKU TV and a Simplisafe security system. This is a quiet neighborhood with most properties being owner occupied, and we expect our guests to be respectful of their quality of life.
