Daryl, your review is quite misleading. You were allowed to check in 4 hours early and if there was a problem with the entry code it was user error. I was never contacted about any issues and I most certainly was not contacted by you about any problem with the door code. Nor did you need a new door code as you implied. Somehow, you managed to get in quite fine with the door code provided. The apartment has street parking and most people, including you are able to park right in front of the apartment. The apartment is cleaned after every guest by a professional cleaning company and i consistently receive complements on how clean it is. You yourself in the house comment book wrote “house was clean and very inviting” This apartment is the lower of a two unit building. I very clearly state this in the description and also state the upper unit has children and pets and you may hear them. I also state in the description if you think this would be an issue the apartment may not be for you. After doing this for a while I am a pretty good judge of character. From our message interaction well before your stay I knew your stay would have issues, i wish you would have contacted me directly to resolve any perceived problems you had.
