"Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again. "

"Fantastic spot to stay for a red rocks show. The property is 100 years old so quaint & comfortable with some nice updates—including the kitchen. Hands down this is the best equipped house I’ve ever rented—spices, paper products, laundry detergent, coffee etc. The owner was phenomenal—allowed for early entry to the property and provided great local recommendations. Would highly recommend the hungry goat for dinner, alpine pastries for yummy baked good in the morning and the Maxwell falls lower...

"The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! "

"We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The floor plan is spread out and has a few options for living spaces so the 6 of us were not feeling crowded at all. It had everything we needed. The Columbine Trail is nearby and was a nice little walk. It’s one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Very clean. "

"Quarto com sofás manchados, café da manhã faltando tudo (funcionários lentos, sem iniciativa…enfim, parecia que a pessoa tinha que implorar se quisesse algo (muito triste mesmo. E, para completar, nível de segurança pessimo (teve um dia - 20/21ABR - em que ocorreu um roubo em uma concessionária próxima ao Hotel, e o suposto ladrao (total de 03 é que foram pegos depois pela polícia) se escondeu no Lobby do Hotel, como hóspede fosse, ou seja, tem que melhorar o nível de segurança."
