MARCEL – Y'r Own Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires

Welcome to MARCEL, a unique boutique guesthouse in Buenos Aires, designed for groups who want to stay together, share experiences, and feel at home.

MARCEL offers 8 comfortable rooms, each with its own private bathroom, thoughtfully renovated and individually decorated with a playful, sustainable spirit. Art is a central part of the experience throughout the house, giving MARCEL a warm, creative, and distinctly Buenos Aires atmosphere.

The heart of the house is on the top floor: a large, fully equipped kitchen designed for groups to cook, eat, and spend time together. It opens onto two terraces—one facing the street and another overlooking the swimming pool and parrilla—perfect for long lunches, an evening barbecue, or simply enjoying the Buenos Aires sunshine.

On the first floor, facing the street, there is a spacious living room, creating another comfortable shared space for your group to meet, relax, have a drink, or plan the next day’s adventures.

MARCEL is ideal for families, groups of friends, tango groups, creative retreats, celebrations, and small private gatherings where guests prefer to have their own rooms while sharing a beautiful house and common areas.

A note about the building

For complete transparency: MARCEL occupies part of a larger building. The owner’s private residence is located at the rear of the property, and there are also three small independent apartments elsewhere in the building.

The residents of these apartments use the main entrance only to enter and leave the building. They do not use MARCEL’s guest areas, terraces, kitchen, living room, or pool.

This means that while MARCEL offers your group a strong sense of privacy and its own dedicated spaces, it is not a completely private building.

The result is something rather special: a small, personal, and artistic place where groups can experience Buenos Aires together, with the freedom and comfort of having their own home base in the city.
