- When making the reservation we will ask you to send us an identification photo (DNI or PASSPORT) of everyone staying via email. This is mandatory for entering the building.

- CHECK IN: The entry time to the apartment is from 4:00 PM onwards. (You can enter earlier if the employee is cleaning the apartment to leave suitcases).

-CHECK OUT: 10AM.

- Early check in or late check out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on availability at the time, whether there is a reservation the night before or on the day of departure.

Notice: 2 sets of keys are left per apartment.

- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of entering the apartment in optimal conditions with sheets and towels. Daily cleaning or any other type is not included. 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with pillows and blanket are left.

- Please note there is no night guard. We are an Rental not a hotel.
