The apartment, which accommodates two people, includes Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has shared laundry facilities with washers and dryers. Its location offers access to the best the city has to offer while also providing the comfort of a residential neighborhood.

This apartment is very quiet, as it is located in the inner courtyard of the block. You’ll enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere right in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle.

Located just half a block from Recoleta Mall and one block from the Recoleta Cemetery, this place combines a central location with the tranquility of being set in an inner courtyard.

In the living-dining area, you'll find a sofa, a dining table with chairs, and a TV. There's also a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Parking for cars and motorcycles is available upon request.

The building has a laundry room with washers and dryers available for use. Tokens are required and can be purchased at a kiosk just around the corner.
