This is an awesome corner unit inside Mar y Sol. You`ll find one bedroom, one bathroom with incredible views. The condo includes a pull-out sofa sleeper in the main room. Room to work remotely from the large stone counter overlooking the water. Enjoy a bbq and sitting area with umbrella for sunrise and sunsets. It`s a perfect whale and mobula ray watching area.



The complex has a beautiful newly renovated pool and community area. The beach out front is a spectacular snorkeling beach! The unit includes one parking space.



Guests have full use of the property with no access to a garage.

We recommend a vehicle to see more of the area! There is room to park one vehicle in the private parking lot.



In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.



When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.
