"The room was very clean. The bed was so uncomfortable , glad we only stayed one night. There was a hose right outside our room that a lot of people were using so we had to close our blinds! Our mistake coming on a holiday weekend. Otherwise it’s pretty much right on the beach and there are beach chairs available to use. The coffee pot did not work. Parking was extremely tight!"

"Estadia foi péssima, Hotel muito mas muito sujo mesmo, pouquíssimos funcionários, à limpeza dos andares não existe, os quartos também não são limpos e o pior as 23.30hs o alarme de incêndio tocou e todos tivemos que sair dos quartos e descer para a portaria do Hotel onde ficamos por quase 2 horas para depois liberar a subida para os quartos novamente, tudo isso e apenas um funcionário do Hotel para orientar. "It was an easy check in. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It is perfectly located to a variety of restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again."

"The room size is nice. I liked having the bedroom separated from the living area. They could use a little extra sound proofing between the rooms. Our neighbors above us were a little loud. The front counter staff was fantastic. The fish house restaurant across the street is fantastic also. Their clam chowder is the best I've had in years."

"The rooms are awesome. It's a queen suite and has everything I needed down to dishes. I WILL stay here again when coming to the beach ⛱️. The room doors have a code and not a card to have to keep up with. If you are like me I lay the card down and forget about it and run to the car and now I'm locked out. Here it's a code and I like that a lot. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Hell, I could live here."

"It's a very nice property run by a friendly family. I feel there should have been more sound proofing during construction. I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent. Otherwise, nothing would put me off staying there again. Thanks!"

"Absolutely disgusting! I would rather sleep on the street! The online pictures looked okay. But in person is appalling. I went through Expedia and had them ask for a refund. The owners said no to the refund of 7 days I had booked. I'm out $400. They don't even try to make this place look nice. There are not even towels. If this is your last option. There should be a rule for refunds if the place is not sanitary/ liveable. In my opinion the owner is very deceitful/ fraudulent. They absolutely...

I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Isolamento acústico ruim com pessoas falando alto e pulando no quarto ao lado. Ao fazer o checkout e pedir o pagamento de caução a mesma atendente que recebeu o dinheiro não estava achando e teve de ligar para a gerente e com muito custo me liberou o dinheiro como se o problema fosse meu.
