You'll enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a keypad entry, giving you flexibility to arrive on your own schedule. While you'll have complete privacy during your stay, our local host lives nearby and is available if you need any assistance or have questions. Whether it’s tips on where to eat, help with the home, or anything in between, we’re just a message or quick call away.

This home is ideally located just minutes from downtown Buena Vista, where you'll find art galleries, shopping, and great local dining. Outdoor adventure is all around—hot springs, whitewater rafting, hiking and biking trails, and fishing on the Arkansas River are just a short drive away. You're also close to golf, a historic drive-in theater, ziplining, and off-road tours. Day trips to St. Elmo, Leadville, Twin Lakes, and even Great Sand Dunes National Park are within easy reach. In winter, hit the slopes at Monarch, Ski Cooper, or Copper Mountain—all under 70 minutes away.

You’ll have full access to the home during your stay. Entry is easy and secure with a keypad — no keys to worry about. A unique access code will be provided to you before check-in and will be active for the duration of your stay. Come and go as you please!

Our home is located just 2 miles from downtown Buena Vista, making it an easy drive, bike ride, or even a pleasant walk for those who enjoy the outdoors. Buena Vista is a bike-friendly town with dedicated paths and a laid-back pace, so biking is a great way to explore local shops, restaurants, and the Arkansas River. Free parking is available at the home, and you'll find plenty of spots in town as well. Whether you're driving, biking, or strolling, getting around is simple and enjoyable.

Amenities: We provide an ample supply of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, and plush towels to enhance your stay along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms.

Parking: Ample parking available in the driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Climate Control: This home does not have air conditioning - just cool mountain breezes and fresh Rocky Mountain air! All windows and doors are screened and there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. Box fans are also provided. We recommend you open the windows in the evening to bring in that cool air, and close everything down during the day to keep the cool air in.

No Smoking Policy: No smoking on the property at any time.

Holiday Check-In/Check-Out: No Check-In/Check-Out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If booked for these dates, we will need to change the reservation.

Booking Far in Advance: If you'd like to book far in advance and beyond our regular booking window, please send us a message and we can provide you with a quote for your dates.
