Overall, the house and amenities were excellent! THE BEST location in Buena Vista with close access to the hiking trails, Arkansas River and downtown. Highly recommend, but one item to be aware of. Not sure if it was the HVAC or something else, but when it kicks on and you are in the living room, it’s very loud. That doesn’t take anything away from the property, just something to point out.

We will stay here again. No question. Host was superb. The place is super clean and right across from our favorite bar (Wesley & Rose) and hikes in BV. Couldn’t find one nit about the whole experience.

Spacious and accessible

My mom, sister and I had a very cozy, winter weekend in Buena Vista where the accommodations were clean and perfect for a touchdown spot in town. Just one block away from dinner at the Surf hotel. While we would have preferred an 11am checkout, we weren’t lacking anything during our stay. If you'll be there in the wintertime, be advised the unit takes awhile to heat up!Thank you, Steven, for being an attentive host!

Relaxing Pre-Thanksgiving Get Away

We spent a three night mini get away at 609 South Main. We had dry roads and a beautiful drive from Denver to Buena Vista. Snow started falling the night we got there and 8" fell before it stopped - creating a beautiful relaxing winter wonderland. The house had all the amenities for 6 people to stay very comfortably. And the main floor is very conducive to spending time together as a family or group. It was our first time staying in a row house and it was a pleasant experience with no noise or privacy issues. The location was a great feature of the house - the Arkansas River, the Chateau restaurant and a great coffee shop are just steps away. The property management was very informative, quick to respond and made our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit hopefully in the spring. This is definitely a property to consider if you are planning a stay in BV.

Exceeds expectations

Is very nice day check process was easy code worked directions were clear and efficient. The home itself is roomy has nice furnishings and everything can need little touches like having spices and some basics in the pantry rack as well. The coffee bar is a great touch and it was exceptionally convenient for the wedding we were attending and grandparents staying with us. Location is a neat part of Buena Vista. Haven’t spent much time in good restaurants. Great times very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay highly recommended for anybody

Great Stay

We were in the area for a wedding for the weekend. We had an excellent stay at Stephen's rental. He was a great host. This unit is in a perfect location in town close to the river. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

The perfect house in the perfect location

My family has been to BV numerous times and always walk by these stretch of houses on South Main with the big front porches and dreamed of getting to stay there one day...this summer we finally found this place and it was everything we dreamed of. Kitchen had everything we needed for our family of 6, everyone had their own bed, perfect place to wind down after lots of outdoor time and the front porch and location are what make this house 100%! We were back and forth between the skate park, the river, and the big green space all within close walking distance. The back patio was not really functional because they are building right behind it but hopefully one day there will be a nice back patio and a hot tub to go with it! Thank you so much for letting my family have the best time here. Cannot wait to come back.

Great Townhouse in Bueno Vista

Great location. River access is extremely close. One block. Townhouse has AC and has everything you would need. Amazing stay during our hiking trip. Felt like home. We will be staying at this townhome again.

Great stay in BV

We enjoyed our stay in the South Main townhouse. The coffee bar was well stocked and the floor plan (all 3 bedrooms upstairs) worked for our group. I loved the proximity to the Surf Hotel and the river. BV is a great location for fishing (we used David who worked out of the Up River Fly Shop - he was awesome!) and is close to Mt. Princeton Spa and Resort for those who want a spa day. It's a treat to see those mountain views!

Perfect location for wedding and beyond

This home is perfectly located for weddings at the Surf Hotel, enjoying the river, walking to town. It's quiet, and we enjoyed many hours catching up with our family on the shaded front porch. The house is well laid out with an open living/eating area on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. It's clean, well organized, and super comfortable.
