Location

The property is located in the peaceful village of Tanaunella, between the popular resorts of San Teodoro (a 17-minute drive) and Posada (a 10-minute drive. The village is known for its natural beauty, relaxed pace, and family-friendly beaches. The main beach, Spiaggia di Porto Ainu (a 5-minute drive / 25-minute walk), stretches along a picturesque coastline and features soft white sands and shallow waters. Other beaches within easy reach include Spiaggia di Budoni (a 6-minute drive) and La Cinta Beach (a 15-minute drive), perfect for sunbathing and water sports.

The neighbouring town of Budoni (a 5-minute drive) features a small marina and also offers a more relaxed, family-friendly alternative to some of Sardinia’s busier destinations.

The scenic pine forests and lagoon behind the Spiaggo Sant’Anna (a 20-minute walk) are also worth visiting and are home to many native birds. Walking, cycling, and beachcombing are popular activities here. For the best snorkelling and diving, visitors should head to Porto San Paolo (a 30-minute drive), where there is a regular boat service to the marine-protected island of Tavolara.
