"A very homely experience."

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"I've stayed here three times and have always had a stylish and comfortable room. The location is excellent; close to Exeter St. David's train station and to the City Centre"

"Great location for the celebration we were attending. Lovely host really friendly. A fab stay"

Thank you "
