In a superb setting for countryside and coastal walks, it is also well-located for days out to Cornish beaches.

Take a low step up into the porch to let yourselves into the inviting abode. From the hall, make your way through to the kitchen/diner to pop the freshly made Cornish pasties you have bought on your last excursion into the oven for lunch. The kitchen has everything you need to help you cater for your party and the dining table is large enough for everyone to gather round. The lounge is another comfortable space for everyone to enjoy. Lay a fire in the wood burner in here, watch TV or wander through the doors into the conservatory, where you will find additional dining and relaxation space. The property also features a utility room, WC and family bathroom, as well as a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and two twins. Play games with the children or your pet out in the garden on sunny days and pour yourself a glass of wine out here as the sun sets. There is ample off-road parking.

Lace up your walking boots and strike out towards the South West Coast Path, 1.5 miles away. Here keen hikers can attempt one of the most challenging stretches of the long-distance footpath if they wish. Venture 9 miles to Welcombe Mouth Beach, with its rock pools and waterfall, or the National Trust’s Sandymouth Bay, 5 miles away. Head into Bude, 8.5 miles from the property, to dine out, shop and swim at Summerleaze Beach.
