The popular seaside town of Bude (3 miles) offers sandy beaches, coastal walks and a vibrant selection of cafés and restaurants, while Widemouth Bay (3 miles) is renowned for its sweeping sands and excellent surf. Keen walkers can join the South West Coast Path (3 miles) and enjoy dramatic clifftop scenery, while families and couples alike will love days out at The Milky Way Adventure Park (18 miles). For a taste of Cornish heritage, the historic village of Tintagel (18 miles) and its legendary castle make for a memorable excursion, alongside picture-perfect fishing villages dotted along the coastline.
Part of a charming barn conversion, this thoughtfully designed cottage offers a bright and airy reverse-level layout, making the most of the countryside views. Accessed via an external balcony, the first floor opens into a beamed, open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen providing everything needed for relaxed self-catering. A dining table comfortably seats six, while the cosy seating area is ideal for unwinding with a film after a day exploring. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine double bedroom, softly screened with opaque glass for privacy. On the ground floor, a central hallway leads to a peaceful double bedroom overlooking the quiet courtyard, along with a bunk bedroom that’s perfect for children. A modern shower room completes the interior layout.
Outside, guests can enjoy their own outdoor seating area as well as access to a superb range of shared on-site facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub, tennis court, games room and children’s play area. With off-road parking, EV charging and dog-friendly accommodation, this is a relaxed and well-equipped retreat for a memorable Cornish escape
