Located in a peaceful residential area of Bude, this spacious home provides guests with a choice of fun activities on the doorstep whilst being within close reach of coastal towns and historic fishing villages. Bude itself allows guests to delve into turquoise waters from a choice of three beautiful beaches, whilst the foodies amongst you are extremely well catered for with the wonderful array of local cafes and restaurants. The town is also conveniently located beside the A39, making it easy to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Visit some real Southwest treasures in The Milky Way Adventure Park (16 miles), the tales of King Arthur at Tintagel Castle (19 miles), or the historic fishing village of Boscastle (15 miles).

Upon entering this fabulous home, you will be pleasantly surprised by the light and airy interior. The front porch area is the perfect space to hang your coats and flick off those walking boots after a day of exploring, before moving onwards into the open hallway. Stepping into the lounge you have two comfortable sofas from which to enjoy the Smart TV, whilst there is also a gas fire. The opposite side of the hallway will take you into the well-equipped kitchen. Along with the separate dining room, these spaces have everything you need for a convenient and relaxing stay together. From the kitchen you can head through into the downstairs bedroom with a double bed, sliding doors to the garden, and an en suite shower room, the shower room also houses the washing machine. Making your way up the stairway will lead you to the final two bedrooms and the shower room. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room with 2’6” zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a king-size bed on request.

Head out into the enclosed rear garden, either through the patio doors in the ground-floor bedroom or from the side of the property. The garden is well maintained and perfect for pets to roam freely whilst guests can enjoy the use of the summer house, outdoor seating, and the charcoal BBQ on the patio space. Guests also have use of the garage to store beach equipment.
