2 Bed in Bude (oc-aglet)

The seaside resort of Bude is just a short stroll from the property, packed with a range of amenities, leisure facilities and beautiful beaches to while away the hours whilst on holiday. Explore the array of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants, try your hand at some boating on the canal, splash around in the wave pool, or go for a swim in the sea-filled outdoor pool. There are plenty of picturesque bays and villages to discover, including Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay, Boscastle and Tintagel, and lots of National Trust properties scattered around the area.

Relax in the cosy lounge, with two comfortable sofas to sink into and enjoy a show on the Smart TV, or listen to some relaxing songs using the iPod docking station with radio while enjoying the glimpses of the sea out of the window. Through to the kitchen/diner, there is a dining table to seat up to four people and a well-equipped kitchen comprising of electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a tumble dryer in the garage. The cottage offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and glimpses of the sea, the other with twin single beds. The shower room has a large walk-in shower and WC.

The property comes with plenty of outdoor space. A large enclosed area surrounds the bungalow, particularly benefiting the patio which is perfect for catching a spot of morning sunshine. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a raised gravel area with seating, a charcoal BBQ and you can catch sight of the sea thanks to the elevated position of the property. There is an enclosed lawn section to the front of the bungalow, plenty of storage for bikes and surfboards in the garage.
