"We came in late on the night we were to check in and Allen at the front desk was very helpful and got us a room on the ground floor for pool access author being in top of the pool. The next morning when i was going to fill water bottles for my kids, Lauren gave us several bottles of water to take on our day. "O café da manhã praticamente não existe. Nos seis dias que passamos lá só consegui um copo de suco duas vezes apenas. Só tinha um bolinho industrializado e potinhos de iogurte se fosse cedo. O quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia que ficamos lá, apesar de pedir várias vezes para que o quarto fosse limpo. Seis dias no hotel sem serviço de camareira. As toalhas só foram trocadas porque fui na recepção levar as toalhas sujas para trocar por limpas. Hotel péssimo!"
