"Unique hotel with lots of charm. Vintage furniture and decorations made it feel like we stepped back in time. We somehow ended up in the Governor's Suite which had a sitting room with a hot tub, a small balcony, 2 sinks and a fireplace. Everything was clean, and there were toiletries provided. "This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating.
