"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"This place was very cute and clean and had the view of the harbor. Unfortunately, the street leading to driveway is a steep turn and was damaging the fenders and undercarriage of my uber driver cars. Several times I had to get out at the bottom and walk up (about a 4 minute walk up)when they refused to drive which was difficult at night and with luggage. Otherwise, the place itself was very nice and safe. "

"The place was not clean, the main room had been hoovered but the bathroom and surfaces were not clean. We spent the first hour cleaning. When we opened the fold up bed we found sand and and other bits on the surfaces.The wifi did not work despite trying the password provided. The shower door came off its hinge when opened for the first time. The area was very nice with a lovely beach and it is a novel idea to team the property with the rail carriage. "

"We stayed here while my toddler was having surgery at Mercy Hospital. What I thought I booked on Expedia was the spa bath unit. I emailed reception double checking before we came and so glad we did what we actually booked was 1 bed with only a shower where we needed the 2 beds and really wanted the spa bath unit as a surprise for my daughter. Staff booked us in the right room no issues and gave it to us same price. Staff were absolutely lovely. Will definitely come back to stay here again my...

"Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. Unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen facility was great, we needed help with stove top and the host came immediate and helped us resolve the issue. It wasn't really an issue as much as just had to be reset. Upon check in the host gave us multiple suggestion for things to take in and do, all were exceptional. Top notch all the way!!! Would definitely stay again if in the area or recommend...
