"As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. "Hotel reception wasn’t well signed. Rooms were clean, but corridors were quite dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Main restaurant wasn’t available so had to eat in a stark feeling cafe area which wasn’t so nice. The staff were very accommodating regarding allergy issues. The steak wasn’t very good. Breakfast in the restaurant area was nice. Again staff were attentive."

"We stayed on Thursday and Friday 9th to11th April. The receptionist described our room as deluxe, it was more like bijou, in other words small. Staff were very friendly. "We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a property that’s tucked away but the host is at the farmhouse nearby. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay and cuddles with your dogs!"
