"As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. "Overall a good stay. Room was really spacious and bed was comfortable, although pillows were really bad. I booked room for 3, but everything was for 2, from towels to coffee, but this was not a problem as reception was polite and efficient and they brought towels in no time. We saw a major leak in coming from toilet, so not sustainable not appropriate as the floor became all wet."

"Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊"

"The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. "A smart looking property situated in a quiet back street near Plymouth Hoe. Easily identifiable by the sign outside. Clean and tidy rooms with wonderful staff. I parked overnight in a nearby car park. Great place to stay."
