"Jonathan was very responsive as soon as we booked.We booked Feb15-Feb17th. Liked the fact that the road isn’t labeled so it felt like you were in the middle of no where . We were able to check in early for a discounted rate . Which was really nice !!! Next morning waking up to the snowy mountains was super nice !! However, the outdoors were somewhat dirty with trash laying all around the property (blue plastic pieces, pampers box, etc.) Also, a window was broken upon our arrival Friday at 3:15pm and we were not made aware of this. Finally, the TVs had a strange setting where they would suddenly turn on in the middle of the night with very loud channels on. Not ideal for babies!
