Eat-in kitchen with fitted kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, complete kitchen equipment, dishes, oven, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchen radio, and fitness corner on the ground floor. An additional toilet and sauna room in the basement with direct access to the spacious garden area with a natural swimming pond, wooden deck with sun loungers, and lawns. Private garden seating area with barbecue facilities, stereo system, kitchen radio, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi internet access.
