A Profi supermarket is located right on the ground floor, and a Lidl is just behind the building, while other amenities (café, restaurant, ATM, pharmacy, and various shops) are within a 1-4 minute walk.

The property is perfect for any type of stay, whether short or long-term, as it is perfectly positioned, surrounded by everything you need, and extremely well connected to the city center.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, pans, cutlery, and everything you need to cook, as well as a dining area. The dining area can easily be used as a workspace. The furniture also includes a washing machine.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress for a restful sleep, a sofa bed, quiet air conditioning, a large 140 cm 4k HD smart TV, Netflix, WiFi, and ironing facilities.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, hairdryer, 100% cotton white towels, and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.).

They belong and must remain on the premises. Make-up, blood or any other type of stains on bed linen and towels that cannot be removed by normal washing will be charged. Any damage to furniture or other essentials will also be charged. 4. No shoes in the house. You will find slippers among the towels. 5. Netflix is free, but rarely, this service might be interrupted for unknown technical problems. Please consider this when booking our property.
