Apartamento Diana 1 Bucareste - Cidade Velha

Welcome to my bright 87 sqm flat situated in a wonderful location, just near the Old Town, Piata Unirii, and Calea Victoriei. The two-bedroom flat is situated just 200 m away from the Palace of the Parliament and 400 m away from the Old Town. Calea Victoriei, the most beautiful, walking-friendly street in Bucharest is also nearby. All this means restaurants, museums, clubs and bars are all within walking distance.

The flat is in a great location and it's just a few minutes away from important spots such as the Old Town, the Palace of the Parliament or historic monuments. Right behind the building you can find the oldest church in Bucharest.

There are two parks within walking distance, supermarkets, Piata Unirii tube station and buses. The "express bus" that comes from the airport has its final stop at "Piata Unirii", so you might want to consider that when deciding what is the best way for you to arrive at the flat.
Also, all major music concerts take place in Constitutiei Place which is just in front of the Palace of the Parliament and therefore 5 minutes away from the flat.

It's also very close to a lot of coffee shops, bars and great restaurants. We'll be very happy to advise on that :) A 24 hour open supermarket and a pharmacy are within walking distance from the flat as well.

Layout: The flat itself is a great & very bright space. There are beautiful oak floors throughout the flat and two double bedrooms where you'll find queen beds and plenty of storage space.

The two bathrooms are both spacious and have additional storage space. In the large one there is a washing machine which you are more than welcome to make use of at anytime.

Our favourite spot inside the flat is the kitchen / living room which has a beautiful view and it is great for cosy dinners and socialising. One of the two sofas also becomes a double bed.

Outstanding apartment in excellent location

We were treated very, very well by our gracious hosts. All of our needs were provided for. When we arrived late at night we asked Laura where we could run out to get a quick beer before bed. Within minutes Gabriel arrived with 12 cans of beer so we could just sit & relax. Service and attention OVER & ABOVE!! Thank you wonderful hosts for a perfect stay!! from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Romanian Getaway

My wife and I had a great visit to Bucharest. The apartment location was excellent with many things within a good walk. We enjoyed the access to old town, as well as the longer walk to the large park north of town.

Sauberes und freundlich eingerichtetes sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Die Bezahlung gestaltete sich kompliziert und verwirrend. Das liegt wohl eher an Fewo als an den Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Allerdings Kann man wegen des lauten Straßen Lärm nicht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, man kann fußläufig in die Altstadt und zu den wichtigsten zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

I've never stayed in such a perfect flat. everything that you could need was there, they had thought of everything. No need to bring salt, pepper, milk..... it was all there waiting for you. Great coffee from the coffee machine too. The hosts were lovely and welcoming too and always on call in case you needed them. The location of the flat is great too, just a short walk to the old town for bars and restaurants. Convenience stores. The road outside is a busy one but didn't bother me at all at night as long as the windows were closed. Would definitely stay here again.

The Best Apartment in Bucharest!

If you are heading to Bucharest and looking for an apartment, stop your search right now!! You could not ask for a better appointed, conveniently located, inviting place with an amazing view out of every window. Walk to the Old Town or lovely restaurants and shops in minutes. What amenity could you ask for? All kitchen appliances high end and full size, including an amazing upscale coffee machine that will produce any blend you like. Need to wash your clothes? Washing machine in the largest of the the two bathrooms. Giant cable TV with options for all stations. Great internet. Two large, lovely bedrooms, each with their own assigned bathrooms. A giant living room, very bright with great views and a little balcony to sit on and take your coffee. You might just want to move in! Now the hosts! They are extremely communicative. Any questions you have before or during your stay, they are available. If you have the honor of meeting them in person, you will be totally enamored. They love their city and are a wealth of information! I could not recommend this apartment more. It will accommodate any number from 1-6 with ease and privacy. Don't think twice, book this if it's available! Thank you so much Laura and Gabriel?

Huge, Clean Apartment in Center of Town, Convenient to public transport and shopping - Helpful Hosts

We arrived early in the day (before check in allowed), but our hosts met us (helped to find the entrance) while cleaning was going on. The allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment, gave us the keys, and we were off to explore. The location was close to the main square in the city and also to transit stops, and there was a 24-hour convenience store within 5 minutes. It also has a beautiful view and balcony. The apartment is large, well maintained, and clean. It is clear that the owners love the apartment and care for it very well. It has a huge kitchen with nice espresso machine, dishwasher, and all of the utensils and plates we could want. Also had a washing machine in the second bathroom. We had a car for the first day. Parking was not easy for us (weekdays during the day business people take most of the street parking) and I found that people drove rather fast, so was happy to be on foot the rest of the stay. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions, and helped us with directions / recommendations on how and when to get to stations and airport for our departure. Also, before our trip, communications were very quick and good about directions and payments - it made me confident that when we showed up all would go smoothly, and it did. The only glitch we had was that I needed to re-boot the WIFI router, but all worked well after that. If we return to Bucharest, we would stay here and would recommend it to anyone (who needs the space/number of bedrooms)..

Nice apartment close to the main sights

Very nice apartment with everything you need- 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, washer in the larger bath, well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated. Great location within walking distance of the palace and the old town, with lots of restaurants nearby. Only minor issue was the inconsistent wifi - we had to restart the router several times. Otherwise just great!
