The Space:
HOLT’s charming 2BR flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, with two queen-sized bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room for 2. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

There are many ways to get around the city. The building is just a 5-minute walk to the subway station Piata Universitatii, and within a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis. There are also bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride-hailing services like Uber.
The Neighborhood:
Our property is located right in the city center, just two streets away from the Romanian Athenaeum, within walking distance to Calea Victoriei and the entire Old Town area. You will have quick access to the city's most important landmarks such as the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, Universitate Square, Romana Square, museums, art galleries, restaurants, and clubs. Discover historic architecture, old churches, cafés, and the romantic feel that makes this one of the most beautiful areas in the city.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. The building is just a 5-minute walk to the subway station Piata Universitatii, and within a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis. There are also bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride-hailing services like Uber.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
