Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, with 2 bathrooms on a single level and no stairs. Each bedroom includes bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, room-darkening shades, and air conditioning. Bathrooms feature hot water and bathroom essentials, providing a smooth transition from sun-soaked beach days to relaxed evenings indoors.

A fully equipped kitchen offers space to cook your own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and a dining table. Step onto the patio or balcony furnished with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area, or relax in the backyard with sun loungers. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, heated and infinity style. Additional amenities include resort access, a gym, and beach access, blending water, greenery, and open-air spaces for a naturally connected coastal experience.
Convenience & comfort
Wifi and a TV offer ways to stay connected or unwind indoors. The building includes an elevator, and the condo has a private entrance. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking simplify arrivals, and luggage dropoff is allowed to accommodate early arrivals or later departures. Long-term stays are permitted for guests seeking extended visits.

Situated in Corral del Risco within Punta Mita, the property is enveloped by the Pacific Ocean and tropical surroundings. Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__2__, phase 1 so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:
The easiest access is by car.
Parking is free and exclusively for guests. You can park in the space that is available. Please note that space is subject to availability, only one vehicle per apartment will be admitted.
We recommend renting a car or using the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
Other Things to Note:
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that in the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
