"The smell of cleaning solution or something is unbelievably overwhelming when you walk in the place. The room itself smelled mildew-like. I asked to be in a quiet room and was out right by the back door, the door to the stairs and the laundry room which was a source of literal constant slamming every 30 seconds all day and night, it was like torture. "The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! "

"The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed beforehand, and it also appears the property has recently changed names. Overall, the experience was subpar.
The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors. "Hotel staff were all nice and polite! Good location, clean room, nice bed but the pillows were flat!! FLAT FLAT!! Breakfast was great!!! Lots to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, awesome blueberry muffins and scones!! The only problem besides the flat pillows was the water in shower was either HOT or cold!!! Literally, there was no in between. Overall nice and I would stay again. "
