That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). This was a major frustration…"

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

The only warning is that the heat/ temperature can vary greatly from room to room as it is an older property. "This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. "Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. "Great property, clean, top location to every amenities just as seen in the pictures. BUT!!! The checking process was so frustrating it took us 2 hours straight with your agent on the phone. After driving 4hrs I was not expecting to go through all the stress we went through. The agent was helpful nonetheless, and please just use regular keys or cards. I will definitely come back."

"A cool, unique place in the heart of Lambertville. Everything was as described. The beds were very comfy and there were so many special touches in the house. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lambertville and New Hope. Great bike riding trail. Tom was an excellent host. We were there during record breaking heat and the air conditioner died. Tom had several new window units installed within hours and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend! "
