"We chose this place because they said it was clean. Someone had peed in the toilet and did not flush it, we contacted the property and they did not clean it before we checked out. I chose this room because it had a jacuzzi tub which I did not use because I didn't feel it was clean."

"The ceiling tiles is almost falling apart from being wet wth the rain . The bath tub has stains all over ! The fridge is covered with dust from the ceiling pieces . Breakfast is ok . The room needs a lot of improving ."

We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. "Bottom line. Update of the property is mandatory. Paint the walls. Get rid of the shipping containers in the courtyard. Put new air conditioners in. And please update the photos of your property. The entire property should have pictures. I would’ve made a different decision much earlier had I known what the property was actually like. "

"The beach view was wonderful! Room was clean, beds were comfortable enough, and A/C worked well. A quite decent stay for those on a budget even with a few maintenance items that should be addressed. The door to the room had a considerable gap at the bottom allowing light and the elements in. Some mold and old caulk in the bathroom, as well as the hairdryer that shorted out mid-use."

"Check in was like a scavenger hunt. We got there later than 11 pm and there was a sign on the door saying to go to another hotel if the front desk was closed. Once we got to that hotel there was another sign on the door saying to go to another hotel if they were closed. "It was it not bad. It was the first weekend of the summer season and you could tell the room wasn’t cleaned recently but nothing horrible. Bathroom needed a quick wipe down. Right on the water view a good view."
