"We just booked a weekend stay with our 3 grandkids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was fine. I am disappointed that the pool was closed for painting the weekend we booked. No one told us!! We had 3 grandchildren with us and that is why we booked the BW, was the pictures of the nice pool. Would have been nice to have been told so could have had an option to look elsewhere. The room temp was set at 73. Not pleasant with 3 hot kids and no pool. We left...

"Hotel was very clean and didn't have any lingering smell or spots or stains on the hotel floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the ground floor restaurant 33 Staves was excellent and I would strongly recommend to try it out especially if you want to stay away from fast food places at the giant mall.
