The Bradley House of Aggieland

The Bradley House is a beautifully decorated ranch style home in a lovely neighborhood 2.2 miles from Historic Downtown Bryan and 3.5 miles from TAMU's Kyle Field. Entering the home is like going back in time, but with all the modern amenities to make your stay both easy and comfortable.

There are two large master bedroom suites (King & Quilt Rooms) on a split floor plan, each with en suite bathroom with shower. The 'King' has a CA King size bed, a wall mounted 50" TV and sliding glass doors opening to the patio. The 'Quilt" has a queen size bed and a 50" wall mounted TV. The "Red Queen" room is out large third bedroom with a queen size bed and a 50" wall mounted TV.

There are two large living rooms that may be used as an open space or separated by sliding barn doors to create a fourth bedroom (queen size futon couch and a 43" inch TV). The large dining area seats six and is off the main living room that has an electric fireplace and a 65"
wall mounted TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs with a table and four barstools. The two car garage is for your use with a washer and dryer. There is also a second driveway for RV parking if needed.

The patio and back yard offer both covered and open areas, both furnished for your enjoyment. There's a restored vintage that seats four guests, perfect for dining, card games, dominoes, etc... There's a wood burning Chiminea, a gas BBQ grill (tank provided).

Inside and out, the Bradley House has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, The keyless entry, wi-fi, smart TVs with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime - don't forget your passwords!), garage door openers, hair dryers, etc..

Please note house rules: Registered guests only. Additional guests must have written agreement. Smoking outdoors only. No parties allowed. No more than eight people on the house. Parties over eight people will be charge $500 per weekend.
