Historic downtown 2nd flr apartment just 4 doors down from the Queen Theater in Bryan. Stay in the middle of all the shopping/restaurants with easy access to all things Aggieland. This unit boasts 14' ceilings, original wood floors, the most comfortable King bed and a pull out sofa for guests 3 and 4. Walk out your door and choose from Mr G's or RX Pizza across the street or have your morning coffee at Village Coffee. You won't find a more fun/comfortable stay in BCS. There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)

Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.

Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.

There are train tracks that run through downtown Bryan. We provide sound/white noise machines and ear plugs for guests who are sound sensitive.
