Gettysburg · Modern Farmhouse Getaway in Town! NEW beds! (King)

Exceptional detail has been given to every inch of the interior remodel of this home. Shiplap walls, tin ceiling, leathered granite, new furniture and mattresses, new dishes, and more! The bathrooms have been completely remodeled as well. This home is simply lovely!

This open concept living/kitchen/dining offers a great space for gatherings. The kitchen has a very large island offering a great workspace for food prep or serving. There is also a built-in desk/workspace in the home.

We are local owners and are here to help if you have a need.

Wood Forest neighborhood is situated off of Highway 6 next to Blinn College and a few blocks from CHI St. Joseph's Hospital. Just a quick drive to TAMU, downtown Bryan, and the Brazos County Expo Center as well as restaurants and shopping. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood this home is an excellent home away from home. Beautiful Sue Haswell Park is in the neighborhood.

There is a coded lock on the front door and the back door. Parking is located in the front of the home and also in the back of the home. To access the back parking simply drive around to the alley behind the home. There is a 2 car garage that is accessible through the alley. This home is within walking distance of Blinn College.

Amazing and Clean

This beautiful home is the perfect size for a few families to share and was immaculate, which is something you don’t always get with a rental. The host replied quickly and helped whenever we had questions! Definitely rent here if you’re in the area! Best VRBO rental I’ve stayed in so far and I’ve been renting for years!!

Graduation Weekend

We booked this property so that our family could be together to celebrate our son's Texas A&M graduation. It was perfect for our needs, very comfortable, clean and beautiful house. It was nice that the coffee was stocked and we had plenty of towels, sheets, blankets and kitchenware. We also had plenty of parking and didn't have to park in the street because there was ample space in the back and could even park 2 cars in the garage. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for visiting our son at Texas A&M!

The modern farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway while visiting our son at A&M! The attention to detail, from the decor, to the bed linens, and a fully stocked kitchen made it feel just like home! It was immaculately kept and we also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio on Saturday morning. Thanksgiving in Aggieland!

We had a delightful stay at this lovely home! The well appointed kitchen had all we needed to make a lovely Thanksgiving meal and be right at home! The owners even had it decorated for Thanksgiving...couldn't ask for a warmer welcome. They were very responsive with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful home with very nice upgrades! Loved the shiplap, ceiling tile, gas stove, and a garage for our car! Nicely decorated and VERY comfortable beds! Our Stay at The Farmhouse

We were impressed with the cleaness, the amount of amenties furnished, the ample space, excellent air conditioner and the overall condtion of the property. We would have given the property a "Top Star rating"but there were some negatives: The hall bath has a two (2) foot entry door restricting entry of the handicapped, the hall bath did not have adequate safety hold bars creating a potential fall event for all persons with and without handicaps. The twin bed matresses were extremely uncomfortable and unsafe because of age and being peaked in the middle causing a person to continiously feel like they are going to roll out of bed.

Great Location and Great House

The house was perfect for our little family graduation get together. The house is very modern, clean, and quiet with plenty of parking and nice amenities. There is a small outdoor area with a fire pit. The host communicated well, and everything went off without a hitch. Great place, it's def on our list for our next visit to Bryan/College Station.

Modern Farmhouse

This house is absolutely adorable and perfect for a small group. It’s spotless and has been updated to perfection. It had everything we needed and was easy access to downtown Bryan and the wedding venue we were attending. It’s also an easy drive to College Station and would be a great place to stay for A&M game day.

Great house, comfortable and roomy, quiet location but central to everything, remodeled beautifully! Kitchen well stocked too, even has an air fryer. Stayed for a softball tournament and hope to stay here if we’re in the area again.
