"This location is perfect! First, the property is perfect for a group or family that wants to be away from tourist areas but still in a lively and walkable part of town. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. 9-12 minute walk to museums and libraries. Windows have a great breeze at night. Super simple. Very central to everything including the metro. Would recommend! "Our family of 9 adults, including my 2 elderly parents, enjoyed our stay at Emma and Thierry’s place. Both live on the property, but we hardly ran into each other. They’re were very friendly and welcoming. The pictures in the posting are accurate. Just be aware that there are a good amount of stairs/steps getting to the house and from the rooms, down to the common areas. "This was a work/family vacation and the property was perfectly situated for this. It was literally steps from the Line 1 Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood with some really nice restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Gustave’s and were treated like locals. The host Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and he shared his knowledge of the neighborhood. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we come to Paris."

"Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Bis zum Zentrum sind es ca. 45min mit Bus und Metro. Die Leitungen sind etwas laut und man hört das Wasser nachts rauschen, aber mit Oropax kein Problem"
