Check-in is self-service anytime after 4 PM. Arrangements for early check-in or late check-out by 1 PM can be made, subject to availability and a nominal fee.

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.



As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.



Guest Support: Daily support is offered from 9 a.m. to midnight, with optional cleaning for an extra charge.



Check-Out Policy: The 11 a.m. check-out includes a 30-minute grace period before late fees are assessed.



Important Charges: Extra fees are charged for unauthorized guests or any sofa damage.
