"It was a large space, basically a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, island with bar stools, dining area, living area with a huge TV, and a small bedroom that just fit a king sized bed, small bedside tables, and a closet. Nice bathroom. Very clean and modern. Only missing a full-length mirror and the coat closet light wouldn’t shut off for some reason. No concierge or staff on site, no restaurant or gift shop. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! "As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "

"Excellent. All was perfect. The hotel has garage and beside there is a public garage. Excellent food. It's in a central area. Beautiful room, clean. It offers a beautiful internal garden attached to the restaurant. Its close to the harbor in a central area and has many bars, restaurants and stores nearby. Couples's trip on vacation during spring. A staff menber speaks portuguese."
