Nice room and friendly staff. However, the access to this property from the train station is very confusing. Better signage directing guests to the hotel would be helpful. It was also confusing on where guests were to go with waiting on taxi pick up.

Very clean and easy parking
Booked this as was driving from the uk and it was great as there is a huge car park right out the front and is only €6.50 per day. Hotel is very modern and rooms very clean and the staff were always friendly. We didn’t eat and drink in the hotel so can’t comment on that but did look nice as we passed through. The location is out of town but is an easy 15 min walk to the centre.

Good little trip to Brugge
A lovely stay and the family room worked well with out two young children. Only criticism is that check-out was very slow at 9am. A very long queue with only one person on the desks.

このホテルには一泊のため敢えて駅から近いところを選びました。ホテルとしては大型のアメリカの郊外によくある車利用者中心のもので玄関も 駐車場の二階から入るものでした。 私は鉄道利用者にはアクセスに苦労しました。 Googleマップの 駅から重いスーツケースを持って誰も歩いていない道を約１０分でホテル一階に到着しましたが 入口の表示は無く、一階駐車場が広がっているだけでした。付近を探し廻り通用口の様なドアがあり、そこを強くノックすると中にいた作業者の人が気づいてくれてホテルに入れた次第。

Just OK
Just OK. Let down by poor staff training. Meal in black swan was chaotic due to new staff having to get on with it. Reception not passing on much info at check in and not being interested at check out. Room was ok with good bathroom. Lighting in bedroom was poor especially at this time of year.

unpleasant stay
I have booked a suite for my family, but we found the shower is not covered. When I explained to the receptionist that we need a family friendly room they downgraded my room and refused to refund the difference saying that the images on the site are clearly showing the shower doesn’t has a door or any cover. I have reviewed my booking through Hotels.com and no any image or information about this and my reservation mentioned clearly that my booking is for a family with kids. I am really feeling very disappointed of the way the manger of the shift managed this. I used to be a customer for Radisson blu in different countries, and I think they are loosing their loyal customers by this unprofessional way.

Slechte kamers, de bank die een bed werd was heel gevaarlijk. De zijkanten hadden allemaal metalen stukken die heel scherp en gevaarlijk zijn voor onze kinderen. Daarnaast hadden wij om een babybed gevraagd. Maar bij het uitchecken werd daar 25€ voor gevraagd. Dat was niet aangegevens van te voren. Ook was er geen deken en kussen in de babybed. Dat vind ik heel duur voor 1 nacht. Bijna iedere hotel vraagt daar geen geld voor en dit hotel wel. Nooit meer dit hotel. Dit is geen radisson blu service zoals ik gewend ben

I was expecting more from a Radisson Blu property. The worst thing was the location, it was shockingly bad. Desolate surroundings, and even though it wasn’t that far to walk to the centre you had to cross various highways and it didn’t feel safe either. No way would I have walked back to the hotel late at night! The room was also dirty in places and neither spacious nor luxurious. Staff, however, were amazing… friendly, efficient and personable.

To sum up, it’s a modern, minimalistic hotel room. I like that it’s next to Brugge train station with free shuttle into Bruges center, but the hotel surroundings and parking lot could do with some trees, greenery, thus felt very industrial. Staff and service were courteous and helpful. The bathroom though could do with a towel bar or hook by the sink for the hand towels and a door hook for your pj/ clothes. They had electric kettle with coffee, tea bags including herbal tea bag and even hot chocolate! Oh, the King size bed is actually 2 twin beds with a filler in between. Should have a king size mattress topper to eliminate the feel of stiff mattress edgings. Other than these minor issues, hotel and room was nice and comfortable.
