"This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. The house is so big and comfortable. Not to mention the creek on the side our kids enjoyed it to the max WE ALL DID! Thanks again for everything. Also they answer to our emails the same day! "We had a blast staying at the Pickleball house. Our kids met us for a night of pickleball and drinks, then went back to their dorms. The house has two bedrooms with comfy Queen beds. We were able to easily use the tv. Neighborhood is up and coming... about 12 minutes from Magnolia. "

"Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We stayed here while attending Baylor’s orientation. Convenient location to restaurants and zoo around the corner. While we were at orientation, the boys grabbed lunch and went to the zoo. Beware, there are mosquito as can be expected so close to the river, but was a great home with a comfortable stay!"

"We had a nice, comfortable stay here in Waco. The house was great for us with all the conveniences we needed after busy days of sight-seeing. It offers really quick access to Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park Zoo and the River Walk. Also, don't miss Homestead Craft Village and Mammoth National Monument just about 20 minutes from the house. "The house was a great location as a central point for things around town. It had plenty of space and was full of charm. The only slight negative is the driveway is narrow and has a little drop , however the host have an option to park next door which worked out great. "
