"Was worried about unit being across the street from ocean. I’ve always stayed in condos with direct access to beach. The location of this one was ideal and the walk was very short. Plus the last renters gifted their beach chairs and that made the beach stay even better! I highly recommend spending the money for chairs if they are no longer there. The bike rental is another short walk and will definitely want to rent bikes for at least two days and drive to high ends of 30A. We used those to...

"We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental.
