"If you have the option, stay here! I could write volumes about how much I loved staying here. Let me put it this way, after my trip, when I got home, I started considering ways I could make my home more like this cabin. My wife and I had some of the best time of our trip during our cabin stay. We are already planning another trip that will allow us another stay."

"This was a beautiful property surrounded by woods. The beach was lovely to walk and we enjoyed finding sea glass. We also enjoyed using the kayaks that were available. We did think the price was a little high compared to other beautiful lakeside homes that we've stayed at in the past. As mentioned in a different review, the 1500 deposit is a little steep and it is not refunded for 2 weeks after you've checked out. But it is still a great place to stay and I'm sure you will enjoy it."

"The property was exactly as it was described. It is a perfect retreat for two people. They owners literally thought of everything you could possibly need and fit it beautifully into a small space. We particularly loved the two decks and the firepit backing up to a beautiful wooded area. It was a very nice retreat to come home to after exploring the area during the day. The owners were quick to answer any questions and to provide information on the area."

"The house was very clean. Had everything we needed from fresh towels to the variety of games. I would recommend it to a friend.You might want to tighten up the front door lock and frame. And maybe add a couple night lights because it’s very dark.We definitely would stay again if we’re in the area. Thank you so much."

"My husband and I have stayed at Rainbow Lodging several times now. This cabin is the perfect home away from home. It is well-maintained, very clean, and provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Brandi and Matt are also wonderful hosts. Checking in throughout our stay and just a text away if we needed anything!"

"This cabin was exactly what I was looking for. Nice lake, no skiers, great deck, good beds, good pier, all the kitchen hardware you could need and just a cute, cozy atmosphere about the whole thing. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the owner requires you take your garbage with you. I REALLY don’t like added requirements put on me after I get there. Put it in the listing. "

"Very cozy place. Loved the hot tub, loved cooking on the grill! Stocked kitchen all you have to do is bring your own food. We brought our family pet dog with us and he loved being welcome. Definitely will be visiting again in the future!"

"Very private setting and extremely quiet. On dead end road and very little traffic. The small lake is a gem, particularly because there are no motorboats. Access to hiking, including in the Sylvania Wilderness, is a real plus. For folks looking for a true northwoods getaway free from noise, traffic and crowds and surrounded by natural beauty, this place qualifies."
