The villa has an upper and lower floor and offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimal 8 people. On the lower floor there is a living room with TV, sofa, coffee table and armchairs, a kitchen with bar with 3 seats and a dining area with dining table for 8 people. Also on the lower floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub. The villa also includes a separate toilet. The upper floor offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower. What will delight you is that each of the bedrooms has its own exit to the balcony or terrace. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool of 40 m2, it is 1.35 m deep and has an additional heating function, but for an extra charge. The already mentioned jacuzzi is located near the pool and you can sunbathe on deck chairs and read your favorite book. The outdoor terrace has a summer kitchen with a table for 8 people, as well as an outdoor sofa, ideal for drinking morning coffee or just relaxing. There are two parking spaces inside the courtyard and one parking space outside the courtyard. Entertainment contents for adults and children include a trampoline in the villa's courtyard, badminton, darts, as well as two bicycles for adults and 1 bicycle for children. Children will surely be delighted by the famous Istrian water park Istralandia, which offers many entertaining contents for all ages. Adults will enjoy walks or bike rides. Also try the traditional wines of local producers, whose vineyards grow on up to four different types of soil. Therefore, Brtonigla wines are characterized by a special quality and different flavors of the same types of wine. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion and for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups only upon payment of a refundable deposit of 1000 EUR. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 27 years of age. If you are a youth group, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
