"We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. "

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spectacular views. The property was exactly as advertised and pictures were accurate. Kitchen had everything you need if you decide to cook-in. Pots and pans in great shape. This was the best of any rental that we have stayed in. It is a lovely property. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent again."

"We were visiting friends who live on Lake Monticello. It is a perfect location for this. The house had everything we needed and some! We did not bring our dog but noticed that she would have felt quite welcome. We appreciated the unexpected snacks and kuerig cups. The mattress was very comfortable. "This house is stunning and walkable to everything in downtown Charlottesville! The home feels like a Spanish villa and each room is decorated incredibly. We had a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space for ourselves and to gather in the living room, kitchen, and cute courtyard. Everyone in our party was obsessed with this house. The service was wonderful and it was also very cool to get access to the social club. Can't recommend this place enough!"
