"Cute house, roomy, comfy beds. Perfect location for downtown. Street parking only, but it was never a problem. Eugene has a big homeless population, but again not a big issue for us. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The property owner came to meet us and was very sweet. We stay here everytime we fly out from Eugene because it is easy access and it is so close to the airport, about 6 minutes away and no traffic. Very clean and tastefully decorated."

"I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!"

"The property is absolutely charming! When you pull up you feel immediately welcome. The yard is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The cute little cottage was perfect for our needs, just big enough for us. We had enough room when my daughter - whom we came to visit - had plenty of room with her friend to come hang out and play games. The only bummer I have to point out is the lack of fencing. "I am so lucky to have found Carole's cottage. It is a gem in West Eugene. The cottage is well appointed with a comfortable bed and stocked kitchen. It is in a cute neighborhood with a few restaurants and parks. Carole was such an accommodating host and helped make my trip so special. I was solo parent traveling with my baby, and Carole was able to provide a crib and high chair, allowing me to pack more efficiently. "We really enjoyed our stay. Terry made everything so easy. The studio apartment felt large, was clean, great surroundings, it was wonderful. The only reason for our 4-Star rating is that we also needed to do some work during our stay and the internet was very spotty, which required us to adjust our plans a bit. So if you're unplugging, this is a fabulous home to do so."

"My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!"

The overall rating is 4 stars only because of the challenge of scented bedding, which was an issue for one of the guests with allergies. caveat: Not aware if there was a place to indicate that concern when renting the property."
