"Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first."

Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well.
