"What a wonderful place!! So quiet, peaceful and comfortable! Our hosts were lovely and provided breakfast items and plenty of tea and coffee. The comfortable bed gave us good rest for our long days of sightseeing. The WiFi was extremely slow but we were able to bring up maps. It was good to be so close to Penneshaw and groceries and the ferry. Thank you for a memorable holiday experience! We highly recommend The Fig Tree BnB!"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my room had a great ocean view. However, the property feels quite dated and the bathroom in particular could really use a renovation. The tiles looked worn and the shower had a basic wraparound curtain, which made it feel a bit cheap overall. Comfortable enough for a short stay, but not great value for the price."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Loved It! The hosts here are something special - warm, welcoming and they even greeted us with a sourdough loaf. What a touch! The 2-bedroom villa was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the location is perfect for exploring the island. We spent two nights and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kangaroo Island - just book it, you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, at this price point, there were simply too many issues. The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. We tried contacting the property the day before our arrival to ask about food options but never received a call back. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. On a positive note, the complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful gesture. That said, the property would...
