Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. "Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. "

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"Wonderful cottage, beautifully equipped and extremely comfortable. The town of St Monans is quiet, stunning and welcoming. A coffee and breakfast sandwich from the Giddy Gannet across the road and a walk around the harbor is an amazing way to kick start your morning. Steven is a brilliant host, friendly, super responsive very very helpful and does everything to ensure you feel right at home in his home."

"Fabulous stay at this cottage in picturesque scenery! Great and comfortable place with stunning views from the conservatory. Ideal spot for visits to St Andrews and the Fife region. Very kind hosts who supplied us with eggs, milk, cheese, bread, and even short bread. Definitely a recommendation!"

"Carol and John were very kind and gracious hosts! Their studio is small but very doable. Communication was great and the area is outstanding, so much to see and do. I had a car but with a bus stop right around the corner that would work too. Would recommend highly and would definitely stay again. "

"The property was very clean, and well equipped for self catering simple cooking. It was relatviely spacious. Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The wifi worked well. It was a great base for exploring the Fife coastal villages, and St Modan's has an excellent smoked fish restaurant."
