"Helpful staff, more like USA motel"

"Was very disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced at any time during our 3 night stay. The coffee/tea milk etc that was there was expected to last the whole visit. The bathroom was so wet and the tiles loose that walking on the tiles made water surface so that your feet got wet no matter if the floor seemed dry or not. Mold was evident in both the kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are not sound proofed as advertised. We saw cockroaches in the kitchen. On the positive, when we did interact...

"We travelled with our toddler and the staff were all very helpful & friendly. Beautiful grounds and amenities but no proper coffee at breakfast ( machine only) and only instant coffee in the room ."

"Room was lovely, easy to get to. Pool was rather cool for a heated pool. Shame you won’t allow drinks in cans on the pool area to enjoy it more. Breakfast buffet was cold each morning even at opening. Overall a lovely place to stay."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property in their 2 bedroom bayview suite, has everything we need for a family on holiday - perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Cable Beach, however close enough if you need to visit, reasonably priced and quiet part of town, we will definitely be back again when we visit Broome."

"The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable. We look forward to coming back. "
