Hopefully owners will update bedroom pic to show the tiny cot bunks have been replaced by nice size bunk beds. We will definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!"

"We enjoyed our evenings on the deck. We saw several manatees. Had a few ducks stop by to say hello. The house was clean, had thick absorbent bath towels. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed."

"This is our second time staying here and it was even better this time because there is now a fence so our dogs were able to roam more freely. We saw dolphins and otters and a manatee right from the backyard. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations and we will be back again for sure."

"Favorite house to stay in homosassa. All of the houses that Dani manages are clean, organized and well stocked with everything you need. This house was especially enjoyable with having the pool. We love the location for scalloping, although if you don't know the water there, it can be a challenge to navigate."

"We had a great time. Was in a good location and the home and surrounding area was very nice. Had a nice elderly neighbor guy to talk to. Kayaking was fun and wven saw a manatee. Will hopefully be back!"
