"Absolutely a beautiful property! Our room had everything you could possibly want. Breakfast was fabulous, and Andrea was personable and efficient. We will definitely stay again!"

"Very clean and very nice! Had plenty of room and the temperature of the house was perfect."

"Wasn’t what I expected it to be. Could’ve just got a hotel instead."

"Bedrooms were nice. The pull out couch bed was comfortable. There were some issues but host fixed most of them immediately. The toilet base is off the floor so it wobbles a lot."

"So many extra touches! Very clean, great location and I would highly recommend"

"The Clark was comfy, cozy and quiet. It is the perfect reason we chose places like this and not hotels. Great location and the host was excellent, you can't miss with The Clark."

"The room was clean and the location was great, quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything we wanted to do."

"Great place! Exactly as described. Perfect for what we needed."

"Not as clean as it should be. Had to call for extra washcloths, only one handtowel for six days. Cobweb in the corner, by the kitchen sink and bathroom. TV about to fall off of wall, we had to tighten it up. The rug in the bedroom area, really needs to be tossed or cleaned, you can smell it while sitting in the kitchen chair. Someone left a bag out on the back porch around the leg of a chair. It is such a cute place, but, needs some tender loving care."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy in and out to places we wanted to visit. Host was very easy to communicate with and we were even able to extend our stay one extra day without any issues. We would definitely recommend this house. You won't be disappointed."

"What a wonderful stay! Probably the cleanest room I’ve stayed in, with a personal touch and comfortable bed!"

"The room was clean and spacious, with a shared balcony. Close to the Quilt museum and downtown. The breakfast was delicious both mornings. Would stay again."

"Cosy and comfortable room on a quiet street. There was a festival a few blocks away and it was loud outside, but we could barely hear it inside. Nice breakfast, quick and simple communication, friendly staff - all in all, a great stay. We will be back."

"Great stay in Paducah. Very sizable and clean. Well appointed and everything needed was there. Friendly and knowledgeable host. Reasonable walk to downtown. Would stay again."

"Great place to stay for a larger group. I wish my group would have been able to stay longer to enjoy it more!"

"The home was just okay, missing what I would call hotel comfort items."
