We were also full and unfortunately people aren't always respectful about where they leave a mess. I apologize for the wi-fi, we were quite full this weekend and with 100 rooms that's a lot of people using it all at once. I also apologize for the noisy guests, as much as I wish everyone would be respectful that's very difficult for us to control. Hopefully we'll have the chance to host you when it's a bit more quiet!

Donald, I do apologize about your room situation. We do only have one fully accessible room on the property. It is not available in the room type you booked, which was a double queen. I do apologize for your experience with your neighbor. Our walls are thick concrete, but unfortunately you had an adjoining room and those can let some noise and smell through. We did charge them for smoking and being a nuisance. In the future please let the front desk know if anyone or anything is affecting your stay. Thanks for taking the time to fill out a survey Jerry. I do apologize for the smell, we are a non-smoking property and we do charge a hefty fee when we catch someone smoking in their room. Unfortunately all it takes is one person breaking the rules to send the smell down the hallway. It's really quite frustrating for us, as a lot of our rooms even have outside doors. I'm really not sure why people can't just take it outside and not bother anyone. We've even asked the local police and there isn't much they can do without solid evidence found. On behalf of the whole staff I apologize for not meeting your expectations Shawn. I will be talking to the housekeeping staff about your room. I also apologize about the weed smell, we are a non-smoking property, but unfortunately people break the rules. We do charge a hefty fee if we can determine it came from a room. I've ran into this at many hotels though and it just comes down to people being disrespectful of the rules, which is hard to prevent.
